With over 40 different standards applicable to assurance engagements, together with an even greater number of financial reporting standards, many business owners still struggle to determine which services their business actually requires and what benefits are embodied in those services.

An engagement team is put together for each client, consisting of an audit partner, audit manager, and a team of designated audit staff at different levels (depending on the size of the entity);

In structuring these engagement teams we do the necessary succession planning to assure our clients of continuity from year to year;

In the composition of our audit teams we also try to use auditing staff with past experience in the particular industry of the client;

We have achieved much success with efficient service delivery because we meet with clients timeously before the commencement of the audit. During these meetings we obtain knowledge about the most significant developments within the entity and make the necessary administrative arrangements with the client, which allows them sufficient time to prepare. We also negotiate deliverables and deadlines with our clients to ensure that we meet their expectations.
